75cl / 13% - Muscatedda is the local Sicilian name for the first vineyard that you harvest, the wine comes from the Moscato di Noto which is normally used for sweet and semi sweet wines, but this one has been fermented to dryness. This wine has a lovely muscat-y note with orange blossom, apricot, ginger biscuits and a grapey, fresh finish. This wine is a dream with fried fish or a light curry.
