"Very pale greenish yellow colour. Apple skin, bread dough and shaved almonds on the nose with a hint of herbal tea. Light, wonderfully fresh with a clean salty lift to the finish. Beautifully made and very expressive."

"Pale lemon colour with a green hue. Incredibly bright, youthful and vibrant on the nose, classic in style with pronounced notes of almonds, citrus, oystershell and baked bread. Elegant textural palate with a salty, forward linear profile and tight, structural mouthfeel. Excellent length."

An excellent Manzanilla sherry example from M&S which I much preferred to their dry Fino. From coastal Sanlucar de Barrameda the cooler temperatures, and seaside production make for a fresh, zesty, palate - some say with a touch of salt. Very good value too. Please let me know when it is next in stock.
