Maestro Sierra is one of the oldest Bodegas in Jerez and certainly one of the most traditional. There's a truly artisanal approach with everything done by hand, including bottling and where filtering is necessary.
Amontillado combines the complexity of a well-matured Sherry with the fresh and pungent character provided by the veil of flor. It's a harmonious example of the style and will captivate the pickiest palates.
