Delicate pink in colour, this wine is packed fresh strawberry and raspberry fruits with pleasant bubbles on the palate.
Excellent as an aperitif, pairs well with appetisers, fish and shellfish.
Characteristic of the Veneto region, the vines are planted on soils of alluvial origin, rather loose, slightly calcareous with gravel surfacing. A blend of Raboso and Glera, created by Martino Biscardo himself.
Cold maceration for 48 to 72 hours, then fermented at controlled temperature of 18-22 C. The sparkle is obtained with subsequent Charmat method.
Grape varieties: Raboso 85%, Glera 15%.
