75cl / 13% - This winery was established on the island of Crete in 1966. The family have devoted themselves to the revival of indigenous, almost extinct, varietals from the islands. Kotsifali is the classic red varietal of Crete. It has plenty of bright red berry fruits and touches of rosemary, black olive and crushed strawberry. The palate has an easy, approachable fruit character with a juicy fresh finish and notes of black pepper. Enjoy this with a lamb stew.
