Les Perruches is produced exclusively from Chenin Blanc grapes on vineyards located in the heart of the Vouvray appellation. It has a pretty and exuberant nose of stone fruits and spiced pear, with a palate that is young and vibrant. The spiced, ripe orchard fruit is cut with a flinty minerality which runs into the long finish. It will make the perfect aperitif when served chilled but is also incredibly versatile when pairing with cooked meats, fine seafood and roast poultry - or even fruity desserts.
