Wine Maison Michel Chapoutier - Its bright yellow colour with green reflections gives way to a nose with fresh and delicate aromas of white flowers along with delicious notes of peach and pear highlighted by nice well-blended oak. On the palate it starts off fresh and balanced, full bodied, with mineral tension and a long and lingering finish. A very beautiful white Saint-Joseph to savour chilled as an aperitif or with a seafood starter!
