The vineyards surrounding the Etang de Thau, on the border of the Mediterranean Sea, are famous for producing exceptionally fresh whites from a number of classic and more exotic varietals. This release under our legendary Les Arbousiers label is made from a little parcel of top-class Sauvignon Blanc. The aromatics are bright and zesty and lead onto a palate that is instantly engaging with gooseberry and lime and just a touch of mango. One to serve chilled on any occasion.
