Wine Clos Maïa - The vines are in conversion to organic farming. They are cultivated without chemical treatments, with the greatest care. Alcoholic fermentation in whole and destemmed bunches and only indigenous yeasts used. The wine has been aged in concrete vats for a year in order to preserve the fruitiness and freshness of the wine. The cuvéé le Petit Clos is a fruity, juicy and gourmet red wine. On the nose, it expresses pretty aromas of red fruits, in particular raspberries and wild strawberries. Ideal with grilled meats.
