Only 2,000 bottles of this exceptional sparkling wine were crafted at London Cru, London's first urban winery. Grapes from Bluestone Vineyard (Wiltshire), Locksash Vineyard (West Sussex) and Weybourne Estate (Surrey) were hand-harvested before being transported to London where they were whole-bunch pressed to preserve their vibrant character. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, the wine underwent primary and malolactic fermentation, followed by ageing in French oak and stainless steel. After bottle fermentation and 28 months on lees, the wine developed remarkable richness and complexity. Expect crisp red apple, orchard fruits, zesty lemon, brioche, marzipan and a hint of ginger on the finish.
