It is classic Marlborough on the nose but a much more interesting palate. Say goodbye to the acidic nature and very tropical fruit driven style, yes, that still remains but it is not the defining feature of the wine. It presents itself much more smoothly for me. The combination of mango and papaya flaours help cut through some of the typical gooseberry and passion fruit notes and give you a well balanced, fruity wine that is immensely drinkable.
