Wine Cave de Castelmaure - A tribute to the Pompadour family, this cuvée is above all the most accessible of the cooperative's fine wines from the Languedoc. Its intense purple colour gives way to a powerful nose of red berries and blackberries, evoking the garrigue, spices and hot stones warmed by the sun. The palate is round and silky, with fine hints of vanilla. A marquise wine, delicately full-bodied, combining power, elegance and finesse.
