A great value dry Sherry that’s perfect with lots of salty tapas
Gitana (Gypsy lady) is a Marmite drink. We discovered it years ago at the April Feria in Seville where everyone drinks chilled sherry straight from the half bottle as they stroll around and this is still our favourite way to imbibe. But back in the U.K. it's first choice to go with tapas, watch tv or as an aperitif - you don't need an excuse. The rest of the family find it far too dry , almost sour; their loss is our gain.
