37.5cl / 22% - La Bota 109 Amontillado is a very old sherry from Equipo Navazos that was made with casks from the Albarizas de Trebujena cooperative. The cooperative was founded in 1977 but this wine's casks are older and their origin is a mystery. Full-bodied and sharp, this is an impressive Amontillado that will pair well with hard cheeses, cured meats and paella.
