The Pérez family have been viticultores, estate workers and winemakers for several generations. In 2002, Willy Pérez and his father Luis, a professor of oenology at the University of Cádiz, set up their bodega just north west of Jerez. Made from 100% Palomino grapes, fermented in American oak casks and aged under flor, La Barajuela Fino Sherry showcases powerful mineral notes and a generous length. Its perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, rice dishes and white meat.14% ABV
