It may take you a moment to spot the bull on the label of this rather ravishing wine, but once you see it, proudly strutting behind the super-cool triangles, it informs you about the stance of this wine. At first modernist and then classical with a strong nod to Spain's heritage, which is echoed in the flavour and grape varieties of this wine - Tempranillo and Garnacha. Vibrant red cherry aromas leap out of the glass, followed by a hint of toast from sweet oak on the palate which gives this wine a pleasing texture.
