75cl / 11% - Brice Omont is one of the most talented producers in Savoie. He works biodynamically and organically and has been rejuvenating the abandoned terraces above the village of Ceins. Made with Jacquere grapes, it has a beautiful minerality reminiscent of fresh clay and chalk with notes of ginger, lemongrass and yellow apple behind. The palate has sappy fresh fruits, camomile and is almost too easy drinking but will reward those that allow it some time to breathe.
