75cl / 12.5% - From the idyllic island of Crete, Idaia is a family company specialising in producing wines from indigenous grapes, such as the Vidiano grapes used to make this fruity, dry white wine. On the nose soft spices, mineral almost herbaceous character reminiscent of thyme and bay leaf. The palate is creamy and has notes of citrus, green olive and lemon. This is a fantastic food wine as it has great structure. Try this with oysters instead of a Chablis.
