Wine TYRRELL'S WINES - Situated in the Hunter Valley, Tyrrell?s Wines is one of the oldest Australian winemakers. For this Sémillon, the estate has brought together the berries from unirrigated 40-year-old vines. Harvest is done very early and at night to produce a wine with little sugar and plenty of freshness. The winemaking process is done slowly - the juices ferment in stainless steel vats before lees ageing for a few weeks. A really enjoyable wine that can also be kept in the cellar for a few years!
