75cl / 13% - Horst and his daughter Sandra both work their 37 hectare estate in Franken to produce some of Germany's top wines. The Silvaner has long been a favourite for its lovely orchard fruits, notes of thyme and white pepper. The palate has plenty of delicate florals and a grapey note that makes it a wonderful partner with a light fish dish or a simple salad.
