70cl / 46.9% / Distillery Bottling - This impressive single malt from Highland Park is the distillery’s oldest and rarest release to date. It was distilled in 1968 and moved to first-fill sherry casks in 2008 where it spent an additional 14 years before bottling. This 54-year-old is intensely rich, sweet and complex, with aromas of lychee, camphor and delicate peat on the nose, complemented by notes of honeycomb, kiwi and cumin on the palate.
