75cl / 13% - Herve is a sommelier turned winemaker who now owns 30 hectares in the Cotes du Roussillon. This delicious white is made from Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne and Macabeo and is a wonderful food wine (not surprisingly). On the nose orchard fruit, wet stones, pear and cooked quince and rosemary. On the palate yellow plum and a zest of grapefruit on the finish. Try this with roasted monkfish or any baked white fish.
