Wine Jean-Luc et Paul Aegerter - Grown between 280 and 560 metres above sea level, the west-facing vines produce grapes of exceptional quality. After meticulous hand-picking, the wine is made in stainless steel vats and aged in oak barrels for 6 to 10 months, revealing a nose typical of Chardonnay, with aromas of white flowers, butter and honey. On the palate, we appreciate its frank character, its liveliness and its fine body. Ideal for drinking chilled at between 10° and 12°C, with delicate dishes such as scallop carpaccio with curry. It will evolve gracefully over the next five years!
