Wine Cave de Castelmaure - The Grande cuvée is practically formed by equal parts of Syrah and Grenache, after a long maceration of 15 days that extracts plenty of color and tannins. The 12 months of maturation in French oak (of which 25% in new wood) adds a suppleness and roundness to this feisty red, standing out for its hints of toast and vanilla.
