70cl / 55.1% / Elixir Distillers - A 2011 Glenlossie single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured for nine years in a single hogshead before being bottled in April 2021 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of honeydew melon, green apples and vanilla custard tarts fill the nose, complemented by notes of tropical fruit, cracked black pepper, kiwi, mango and melon throughout the palate.
