A single cask Glencadam Distillery, this 16 year old single malt aged in a single Port pipe number 2788 from April 2005 to October 2022. It was bottled at cask strength, a robust 59% ABV, with an outturn of 390 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich aromas of hot raspberry jam, bakewell tarts, ginger biscuits and clove rock.
Palate: Morello cherry, black forest gateaux, mocha and treacle mingled with tobacco, cedar and black pepper.
Finish: Sweet bramble compote and maple syrup fading into cosy cinnamon and nutmeg spices.
