Charlie's Blend consists of Cabernet, Merlot, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grown across Girasole's three certified organic vineyard sites. The Cabernet and Merlot provide a firm tannic structure and subtle herbal notes, while the Zinfandel offers up nice acidity. Complements of the Petite Sirah, this red blend is full-bodied with its beautiful blackberry flavors and rich mouth-feel. A touch of oak adds warm cedar and vanilla flavors and integrates the wine perfectly.
