Wine Domaine Allimant-Laugner - The parcel is located on the northern side of the hill, facing east on a gentle slope offering a beautiful combination of ferruginous granite elements and clays that avoid the vines drying out in summer drought. The parcel was planted in 2009 and now well established it provides a beautiful expression of the terroir and was ready to claim its title of Grand Cru in 2017 for the first time. Harvested on 4 October with small healthy grapes that are rich and concentrated. This vintage is destined to reveal a charming and generous Gewurztraminer. This has translated into a silky creaminess on the palate and a lovely density of spiced and floral aromas.
