Spirits Distillerie Hepp - At the beginning of the 19th century, the Hepp family distilled fruit from the orchards of inhabitants of Uberach in Alsace. After founding their own distillery in 1972 and beginning to sell spirits, from 2007 René Hepp and his son Tharcis turned to making Alsatian IGP whisky. The discovery range called OUISKI offers consumers two whiskies for immediate pleasure. The Expression Tourbée blend, the result of ageing for 40 months in barrels of Sherry Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez, reveals peat mastered far from the arty vintages that are proliferating.
