75cl / 12% - Former wine maker Dr Andrew Hedley had a passion for Riesling, especially German ones, and his love for this variety shows through in the wines now under the care of Andrew Brown who worked under him. This is a classic dry Riesling with notes of lemon sherbet, earl grey tea and lime zest. The palate is crisp and vibrant with lime zest and a cool fresh finish.
