Yalumba is Australias oldest family owned winery. Established in 1849, it is now under the leadership of its 5th generation owner, Robert Hill Smith. The wine opens with floral notes of red compote berries. Very coastal aromas, and a fresh palate, with a very direct line of fruit running through and hints of cool mints and rich midpalate textures.
