Atamsique is the brainchild of Jean and Chantal de Morceau who were the early pioneers of the cooler climate of the Uco Valley. The winery sits at 1300m in the breathtaking setting of Tupungato where Pinot Noir thrives in cool conditions. The wines are made by Frenchman Philippe Caraguel and the French theme is reflected in the wines, where subtlety and finesse prevail. In this unoaked, varietally pure expression, you'll find delicate aromas of wild strawberry and cherry with a lovely, juicy, crisp, lively finish. Wonderful purity of fruit and freshness make this one of the best Pinot Noirs to taste.
