Wine LOUIS LATOUR - Located between Gevrey-Chambertin and Dijon, Fixin is one of the most northerly vineyards in Burgundy! An exceptional marly clay-limestone terroir and an eastern exposure give this appellation, less recognised than its neighbours (Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey St Denis, Chambolle-Musigny or Vosne-Romanee), an excellent value for money. This vintage is structured and powerful but already very supple to drink! 2 or 3 years in the cellar will make it a bottle of great class. A most surprising discovery!
