70cl / 46% - English Harbour Port Cask Finish is a small-batch rum, aged initially in ex-bourbon casks and finished for up to six months in 100-year-old port casks. The palate holds rich, sweet flavours of dark fruits and thick caramel, alongside notes of sweet peaches, floral honey and a spicy kick of black peppercorn.
