Wine CASTELL D'ENCUS - Ekam offers powerful aromas of pink grapefruit, lime zest, white flowers and ginger from a wine of striking clarity. The palate is lively and very concentrated, giving us mineral, citrus and orchard fruit flavours along with a hint of honeysuckle. The finish has strong echoes of floral and citrus flavours, and lingers with remarkable tenacity. A vibrant, mineral wine fermented in vats known as lagars that were literally carved into the estate's granite in the 12th century. A discovery that's sure to be a hit!
