A very well-curated and complex blend that majors on the indigneous white grapes of Sicily - Grillo and Catarratto - where a proportion of the fruit is partially dried to give this authentic Sicilian white a deliciously moreish touch of richness. Three months on the lees before bottling add depth and body too, marrying seamlessly with abundant stone-fruit flavour. A superb match for all manner of pasta dishes.
