The Diamond Distillery was established in 1670 near the Demerara River, Guyana. The distillery utilises its own strain of cultured yeast and sources local molasses. Diamond distillery is famed for three wooden stills, the Port Mourant - a double wooden pot still, the Veraisslie - a single wooden pot still and a two column wooden still.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Crème brulee, coffee and walnut cake, brown sugar and honey
Palate: Smooth and mellow, white chocolate, hint of pepper, golden syrup and victoria sponge.
Finish: Sweet and gentle
