This cuvée is crafted from a blend of plots across very different soils. Mid-slope parcels sit on clay-limestone with rocky scree, lower hillside plots on clay-limestone with gravel, and others on slopes with either clay-limestone over rocky limestone or clay-limestone over marl. The combination of these terroirs gives the wine balance, depth, and texture. Taste
Fruity and opulent, with aromas of ripe apple, citrus and subtle floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy texture, balanced acidity, and flavours of white peach and almond.
