When we tasted this wine as part of a big range review of what we were offering from Burgundy, it needed a little time to open up. Without being too old fashioned and wine snobby, we very much recommend you decant this wine for it to show at its best. Once it had received a little time with air it developed into something very special. A wine with elegance, natural fruit, mineral purity, and a palate that was exceptionally engaging. It can be enjoyed now whilst it is young, but it is a bottle that will also reward cellaring for a decade or more.
