This eight hectare estate situated just to the north of the Jurançon appellation, produces a range of top quality Petit Manseng varietals. It is one of the few Domaines in France making such distinctive and food-friendly wines. The De Nazelle family, originally from Champagne, established the Domaine in 1992 and have gathered momentum and reputation over the years for their intense and stylish dry whites and dessert wines. Tasting Note: Medium straw yellow in the glass, this dry Petit Manseng wine displays intense aromas of ripe exotic fruits on the nose with overlaid honeyed tones. Wonderfully balanced and full-bodied on the palate, this wine enjoys a balancing fruity acidity, minerality and complexity from ageing on lees in the barrel. It is bright and fresh, whilst simultaneously interesting and complex. Food Pairing: Oily Fish, Poultr
