The Chavet family has been cultivating their vineyards in the heart of the Menetou-Salon appellation since the 17th century. This rosé is made from the limestone rich soils of this special Loire Valley region, planted with Pinot Noir. It is incredibly delicate with a core of red fruit that supports the intensity of the minerals and zest that surround it. It should be enjoyed cold and can be served as an aperitif or pair with your favourite seafood dishes.
