75cl / 13% - Adrien Berlioz took over his family vineyard in 2006 and prefers to work biodynamically. His winery is located at the foothills of the Bauges massif, bordering Switzerland and Valle d’Aosta in Italy. There are classic and creamy aromas of baked apple and cinnamon on the nose, complemented by notes of red apple skins and soft herbs with a hint of nutmeg and sweet spices on the palate. Perfect for alpine cheeses or a fish dish in a white wine sauce.
