This stuff is like gold. Before I discovered Primitivo, I could take or leave red wine, partly because it always gave me an instant headache/hangover (I know, it's the tannins, etc.). Now I'm all about it...I've gone from someone who would occasionally drink a glass of red with a meal (or a bottle of the good stuff at a Michelin-starred restaurant) to someone who could easily drink two bottles of Primitivo (but not other reds) in an evening. Do yourself a favour. Try this. Chances are, you'll love it!
