Wine CHATEAU BOUTISSE - From an ancient family of merchants and owners of Libourne, Marc Milhade, with the Ch. Boutisse, has a significant 24-hectare vineyard in one piece, overlooked by a home with an unusual green tiled roof. We are on the clay-limestone land of Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes, to the north-east of the appellation, but the vines are exposed to the south-east. With a pure colour, it has a gourmet nose, already very pleasant, with intense aromas of toasted wood, sweet spices, mocha and cocoa. The palate shows freshness and reveals a sweet flesh supported by good woody tannins. A modern but elegant style!
