70cl / 46% / Douglas Laing - A 2013 Craigellachie single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill butt for eight years, before being bottled in November 2021 as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of candied walnuts and almonds, vanilla custard, cream and freshly-baked scones fill the nose, complemented by notes of barley, orange, leather, coconut flakes and ginger spices throughout the palate.
