70cl / 47.5% / Carn Mor - A 2010 Craigellachie single malt from independent bottler Carn Mor that was finished for 24 months in French oak puncheons that were first used to mature Cognac and then Guyanese pot still rum, before being bottled in 2023 as part of its Strictly Limited series. The palate is filled with savoury notes of roasted coffee beans, hazelnuts, ripe pineapple, mango and bananas that linger in the finish.
