70cl / 56.3% - A 2007 Craigellachie single malt from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single sherry butt for 15 years, before being bottled in 2022 as part of its First Editions series. Aromas of honey, dried fruit, aromatic citrus and chocolate sauce fill the nose, complemented by notes of smoked ham, almonds, ginger and peppery spice throughout the palate.
