Their Rosa Tequila is a one-of-a-kind expression thanks to a resting period which yields a uniquely fragrant quality. The light pink spirit begins as a pure Blanco tequila before maturing in French white oak barrels that have previously held Cabernet wine from California’s Napa Valley.
Resting within these uncharred casks brings the Tequila into direct contact with the richly flavoured character of the wood, gaining floral, fruity, and citrus notes with a slight undercurrent of oak running throughout.
