Wine ALLIANCE LOIRE - A fresh, aromatic white Saumur. As harvesting approaches, the parcels are selected depending on their ability to provide grapes that are full of flavour. On the nose, we find intense aromas of white fruit, specifically peach, lemon and lychee. On the palate, it displays itself as vibrant and rounded. The finish is fresh supported by notes of mint. It will pair wonderfully with shellfish and crustaceans.
