70cl / 50.5% - Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu The Peated 2026 is the first standalone heavily peated release from Chichibu since 2022. Crafted from malt peated to 50 PPM during the distillery’s annual peated production run, it was matured in a mix of ex-bourbon barrels, oloroso sherry casks and re-coopered hogsheads. Notes of toasted spices, burnt caramel and roasted almonds lead into honey, banana and cooked apple, before a long finish of grassy peat smoke and resinous spice.
